Shipping policy

Every item in our store is made to order through trusted production partners, which allows us to create fresh, high quality Christian apparel just for you. Below you’ll find our full shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect.

Order Processing Time

Because each product is created when you order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays or high volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

Most orders are delivered within 5 to 12 business days after leaving the printing facility. Shipping times may vary based on your location, weather delays, carrier issues, or seasonal demand.

Please note
Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Made to Order Products

All items sold by Christian Clothing Co are made to order. This means your shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt begins production shortly after your purchase. This process reduces waste and ensures your item is printed fresh.

Because products are custom made, shipping times may vary slightly depending on the printing facility used for your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package
Check with family members
Check with neighbors
Check around your porch or mailbox areas
Call your local post office with your tracking number

Christian Clothing Co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If the carrier marks your package as lost, reach out to us at contactchristianclothingco@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If a package is delayed due to weather, customs, or carrier issues, we unfortunately cannot control these delays but will always help guide you through next steps.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. Production begins quickly, and we cannot change shipping information after processing begins.

International Shipping

At this time we ship to the United States only. If we expand options in the future, we will update this policy.

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments depending on which production partner fulfills each item. This is normal for made to order apparel.
