Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our small American Christian family business. Every purchase helps us continue creating faith inspired apparel that shares the love of Jesus. Because each item is printed and created just for you, we do not offer exchanges or refunds unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please read the full policy below so you know exactly how we handle all situations in a fair and transparent way.

All Sales Are Final

All products at Christian Clothing Co are made to order. For that reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for issues such as incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or changing your mind after checkout. Please double check your size, color, and design choice before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong product, we will replace it at no cost. To qualify:

  1. Contact us at contactchristianclothingco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number

  3. Include clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same item. Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office first. Christian Clothing Co is not responsible for stolen packages, but we will do our best to help guide you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your package is marked “lost” by the carrier, contact us and we will assist you.

Wrong Address Policy

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, we cannot refund or replace the order. We print and ship your items automatically once the order is processed, and we are unable to intercept shipments. Please check your address carefully before finalizing your order.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted. Our production partners begin working quickly, and each item is made specifically for you.

Color and Sizing Disclaimer

Colors may appear slightly different due to screen variations. Sizing may vary slightly based on garment style. Please review our sizing chart before purchasing. These differences do not qualify for returns or refunds.
